COMMUNITY UPDATES

THE HOA ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL IS BILL.COM!

The NEW HOA online payment system Bill.com is now available. The new payment portal offers several benefits to our residents:

  • Access up-to-date account balances

  • Access & download invoices

  • Set up Autopay and never be late for a payment

  • Go paperless - Invoices can be emailed to you

  • Set up reminder emails - never forget an upcoming due date

  • Lower fees - just $0.49 for an ACH transaction - that's cheaper than the cost of a stamp!

Instructions on how to set up your Bill.com account are posted HERE.

Please do not use the Zego/Paylease portal after January 31, 2022. If you were using the Autopay feature via Zego/Paylease, it has been canceled.

Paying via Check or BillPay? Consider going paperless by signing up to receive invoices via email.

If you are paying your HOA dues by Check, or using BillPay through your own bank, we strongly encourage you to create an account with Bill.com to start receiving your invoices via email. You can still submit your payment via check or BillPay, with the added features of viewing current and past invoices, current balances, etc.

Your East Quincy Highlands II HOA payment of $135 will be due on October 1st, 2022!

If you have already made your payment, thank you!

If you need to make a payment, you can:

  • Use the new Bill.com payment portal - email us if you need help setting it up!

  • Use BillPay through your own bank

  • Mail in your payment check

EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

Thinking of making making improvements to your yard or fence, painting the house, or getting a new roof? As a reminder, all property improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee if any part of the project will be visible from the streets, sidewalks, or by a neighbor. Visit the Architectural Control page for more details.

MAINTAINING YOUR YARD/LANDSCAPING

Landscaping of each home must be maintained in a clean and attractive condition and in good repair. All landscaping must be regularly maintained in a neat and trim manner. Dead or dying plants and weeds should be removed. Please water, mow, edge and trim your yard regularly and trim or prune your bushes and trees. Thank you!

SNOW REMOVAL

Remember to clear the snow from your sidewalks!

As a resident or property owner, it is your responsibility to keep city sidewalks adjacent to your property free and clear of snow and ice, even though the sidewalks may be behind or outside the rear and side fences and adjacent to any street. Snow and ice must be removed within 24 hours after a snowfall ends, and 48 hours after a snow emergency is declared by the city.
